Redfern has nearly 25 years of experience in financial operations. He served in progressive finance roles such as SVP, EVP and CFO at records and information management provider Access. There, he led the company's finance, accounting, real estate and pricing teams, while supporting organizations and acquisitive revenue and Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) growth.
