Gupshup Welcomes New SVP Of Global Sales

Gupshup, a global conversational engagement platform, hired Mike Donohue as SVP of Global Sales. He will be responsible for driving the company's overall sales strategy and execution, including:

  • Leading sales teams across regions;
  • Nurturing and developing customer relationships;
  • Identifying products and offerings to grow the business; and
  • Reinforcing Gupshup's vision of helping enterprises build customer experiences (CX) through conversational engagement products.

Donohue has executive and revenue leadership experience at late-stage private and post-IPO companies such as PayPal, Square, Leanplum and Optimizely. Prior to joining Gupshup, he was Head of Commercialization and GTM at PayPal, helping to lead the teams during the company's $4 billion acquisition of Honey.
