SugarCRM Debuts New AI Capabilities

SugarCRM, a customer experience (CX) platform, released SugarPredict, a data-fueled AI for CRM. The technology is designed to enrich customer data with additional attributes that result in more comprehensive and consistent AI models while guarding the privacy and security of company and customer information.
SugarPredict is designed to:
- Enrich customer data with additional attributes to provide more comprehensive and consistent AI models;
- Take the guesswork out of lead prioritization;
- Streamline ideal-customer-profile (ICP) alignment; and
- Present opportunities for closed-won scoring.
SugarPredict also positions users to gauge which leads are most likely to become customers by analyzing historical account, deal and company data. Lead scoring is based on similarity to historical conversions (converted leads or closed-won opportunities), while ICP matching identifies leads that are similar to a company’s past and current customer bases.
