MindTouch Raises $12 Million In Funding

MindTouch, a 10-year-old customer management software company, has raised $12 million in venture funding. The company will use the investment to enhance its product offerings, grow its marketing and increase integrations with partners that include Salesforce, SAP and Oracle.
Its software is designed to help users enhance product and customer service experiences. to retain current clients—aiming to reduce churn while increasing overall customer experience. MindTouch’s clients include Code42, MakerBot and Remington.
