G2, a business software and services review website, expanded its partnership with sales engagement platform Salesloft to tap into the company’s recently released AI-powered revenue engine, Rhythm. The integration is designed to help sales teams expand their playbooks to include custom sales plays that meet prospects where they are.
Rhythm can now ingest G2 buyer intent signals, layer them with other meaningful signals from third-party data sources and surface a task with an appropriate level of urgency. As the AI model continues to learn, it’s predicted that the revenue engine will provide suggestions at every touchpoint to help sellers capitalize on revenue opportunities sooner.
According to a blog post from G2’s Chief Revenue Officer, Mike Weir, key features of the integration include:
- Identifying revenue opportunities sooner and closing them faster by highlighting urgent intent behaviors;
- Bringing all relevant signals into a single place that guides sellers from prospecting through to closing;
- Prioritizing revenue-producing actions that analyze prospects’ online behavior so sales can create custom, automated plays; and
- Streamlining workflows and operations by sending automated emails, dialing calls, completing tasks, making LinkedIn connections, projecting attainment and more.
“The legacy approach to sales systems and processes has changed drastically with the power of AI and technology,” wrote Weir in the blog post. “Your sales engagement should be warm and informed, every time – increasing opportunities for acquisition, expansion and renewal — while mitigating churn. For users of G2 Buyer Intent and Salesloft, the seconds it takes to activate this integration will immediately optimize your approach to focus on the right actions that drive predictable pipeline and revenue.”
