InsideView, a targeting, sales and marketing intelligence software provider, updated its Insights targeting intelligence tool with a new integration to Microsoft’s AI-powered Relationship Assistant. The integration aims to position users to better find and engage key decision makers.
In addition to the integration, InsideView launched Discovery Center Contact Search, which is designed to help sellers search the InsideView database for new contacts and add them directly to their CRM. InsideView Refresh also has been updated to include new data cleansing and email validation features which aim to eliminate outdated or duplicated data in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
“There’s a tremendous opportunity to leverage artificial intelligence in B2B sales … [and] help sellers identify their best prospects and engage with them at the right moment,” said Heidi Tucker, VP of Global Alliances at InsideView, in a statement to Demand Gen Report. “Being the first to know of a business opportunity is one of the most important factors in winning deals. Microsoft’s Relationship Assistant and InsideView together make that possible. We’re excited to be a part of this next evolution with Microsoft.”
